South Campus Quarter Properties

South Campus Quarter encompasses six different rental properties. The general location of each of these properties can be seen on the map, and specific information about each unit is available below. When you’ve decided which housing option is best for you, fill out a rental application.

Campus Commons

Welcome to Campus Commons! Our newest community was completed in August 2010. These units offer Modern Living with a Contemporary Design. Campus Courts is a close knit community of four apartment buildings located in the Quarter. The buildings contain both one and two bedroom apartments, with large living and bedrooms. Knowing your neighbors is part of the fun of living at Campus Courts. All upper story apartments have private balconies; some face onto the street for city life, others face the courtyards for a more restful feel. Our courtyards contain picnic tables and outdoor grills for the enjoyment of our tenants. The 530 S. Campus Ave. House is located right in the middle of the Quarter. A wonderful little house, it was originally home to Paul Baer's son and his family. With its own living and dining room, spacious upstairs bedrooms, and two full baths, it is an ideal place to live and entertain.
