Completed in August 2010, Campus Commons is our newest community. These units offer Modern Living with a Contemporary Design. Large open spaces, bamboo floors, private decks, huge closets, all with the convenience of being in The Quarter, make these the most ideal living spaces in town.

Not only is Campus Commons beautiful to live in, it also embraces the principles of Green Design. With a focus on promoting sustainable building design and improving the living environment of our tenants, Campus Commons has been designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.

The opening of the buildings for the 2010-11 school year marks the successful completion of Phase 1 of the Campus Commons development. Phase 1 is only the first of three planned phases, with the second and third phases currently in the process of design and approval. Construction on Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2012, and will be completed in time for occupancy in the 2013-14 school year.
